Outdoor Games for a Very Large Picnic Group

I know some companies like to give out their bonuses at Christmas, but I have never been one to follow the pack. I would rather do what I feel is best for my employees rather than follow a trend, which is why I have a big summer picnic party where bonuses are given out. I do give out a small bonus at Christmas too, but I figure my workers can use the holiday help too! This past year, I did an online search for corporate games hire because I wanted to do something a bit different.

I usually hire a band, a catering company, and then just have fun with everyone. Usually around 200 people show up since it is open to spouses and children as well. I wanted to have something fun for everyone there. The guys will usually get into a footie match, but that leaves the women and children just watching. I wanted everyone to be able to have fun, which is why I decided to look into garden games in the first place. I had seen an advertisement for something similar, and it is exactly what I needed.

I ended up having quite a few games there. I needed to have a lot since some of the games were only good for two players. I limited those because I wanted something where a group of people could play. The giant twister game was probably the most fun of all the games because it was just hilarious to watch people let loose and have fun like this. We also had Jenga, bowling, pick up sticks, croquet, chess, Snakes and Ladders and more. Everyone had such a blast, and I knew that they enjoyed the actual picnic just as much as their bonus checks. Everyone is already talking about the upcoming picnic this year!
